Introducing our new interns from the ANU!

We are thrilled to welcome Zoe and Victoria from ANU (Canberra) as Strategy & Capability Interns to The Easy Read Toolbox. These two very talented postgraduate students will help the Toolbox elevate its innovative products to make information more accessible.


Zoe and Victoria come with business strategy experience both in Australia and overseas. They are both excited to contribute to the Inclusion Revolution by supporting the team’s strategic goals and learning from the lived and professional expertise of the team.

Zoe Zhou

Zoe is currently completing her Master of Business Information Systems at the ANU.


She’s interested in how technology and clear communication can make information more accessible and inclusive. ‘’I value clarity, empathy, and collaboration, and am motivated by work that creates meaningful, positive impact’’, Zoe says.


Zoe has a background in accounting and operations. She has experience in digital marketing, including managing e-commerce products, supporting live broadcast operations and data analysis to drive business decisions. Zoe is also committed to volunteering and community involvement which she has done for the past 6 years.


Outside work and study Zoe enjoys cooking, exploring restaurants, and travelling, as well as spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking, exploring nature, or discovering new places.


Victoria Li

Victoria is currently completing a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the ANU.


Victoria is passionate about accessibility and social impact. ‘’I believe that clear communication is a catalyst for change’’, Victoria told us.


Victoria has experience as team leader at the joint Winter School, Imperial College London and Royal College of Art. Here she led her team to win the Most Innovative Design Award. She has earned equal accolades while leading a team at Tsinghua University.


She also has experience in financial management, community operations, and cross-cultural collaboration. Victoria has worked with top-tier organisations such as Bank of China and Conarium Research Institute, where she gained skills in strategic communication, data analysis, and inclusive engagement.


Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exploring creative outlets, connecting with diverse communities, and championing initiatives that empower others.


She brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to the Toolbox.
